The bed was really comfortable with clean sheets changed daily, and I loved how the room had wooden flooring, which felt more hygienic than carpet. The cleaning staff did a great job and made sure the room was super clean. The hotel's entrance is striking, with a bright red sign that makes it impossible to miss. The location is perfect, right in front of the tram station and close to nearby local retail outlets. The staff were excellent and very friendly, always ready to help. The breakfast had a good variety of choices, and I especially loved the chocolate croissants in the morning.
